    Frequently asked questions

    Are my images uploaded?
    No. The converter processes your selected images inside the browser and does not send them to ScanlyGo or a third party.
    Which image formats can I convert?
    The tool accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. HEIC is not currently supported.
    Can I change the PDF page order?
    Yes. Use the Move up and Move down buttons beside each thumbnail. The visible order becomes the PDF page order.
    What happens to transparent PNG areas?
    Transparent areas are flattened onto a white background before the image is placed in the PDF.
    Why was an image rejected?
    The image may be empty, damaged, unsupported, over the 40-megapixel safety limit, or beyond the 20-image and 50 MB combined limits.
