1. About these terms
These terms concern Medication List (“we”, “us”), a medication tracking and reminder app. The app’s publisher is identified on its App Store listing. Contact us at expertoiosbv@gmail.com with questions about the app or these terms.
For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom license is provided with the app. These terms explain app-specific use and do not replace that license or override mandatory consumer rights. The Privacy Policy separately explains information handling.
2. What the app does
The app helps you maintain a medication list, enter schedules, receive optional local reminders, record doses, review a calendar, and track stock and refills. It displays information based on what you enter and record. We do not monitor your medication use or contact a clinician or emergency service if a dose is not recorded.
3. Medical decisions remain with you and your healthcare professional
The app does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, personalized treatment recommendations, drug-interaction checks, or emergency care. It does not check whether a medication, dose, unit, interval, start date, or end date is appropriate for you. Verify your entries against the instructions supplied by your prescriber or pharmacist.
Do not start, stop, restart, or change a medication based only on information in this app. The Stop and Restart controls change tracking and reminders; they are not medical instructions. If you have questions about a missed dose or treatment, contact a qualified healthcare professional. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
4. Reminders, history, and stock estimates
Reminders depend on your device, notification permission, operating-system behavior, and settings such as Focus. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. The app maintains a limited queue of upcoming reminders and refreshes it when opened and after relevant changes; open the app regularly and review its reminder-coverage information. Use an additional reminder method if you need one.
A notification does not automatically record a dose. A recorded dose reflects a user action, not independent confirmation that medication was taken. Calendar entries without a recorded dose can be projections from schedules. Editing a schedule may change unrecorded projections; the app does not maintain a complete immutable history of every schedule change.
Stock and run-out dates are estimates based on your entries, recorded doses, and schedule. Check your actual supply. The app does not order refills or guarantee that medication will remain available.
5. Your records and responsibilities
Keep entries accurate and protect access to your device. Only enter another person’s information when you have the authority to do so. You retain rights in your own content; entering medication information does not transfer its ownership to us.
Records are kept on your device. There is currently no app-managed account, cloud sync, or backup/restore feature. Device loss, deletion, damage, or other failures can make records unavailable. Keep a separate record of information you need. Deleting a medication permanently removes it, its saved photo copy, and its dose history from the app. Stop preserves those records.
6. Availability, cost, and changes
The current app features are free and have no in-app subscription. If paid features are introduced later, any price and payment terms will be presented before purchase; using the current app does not authorize future charges.
Features and compatibility may change with updates. We do not promise continuous availability, error-free operation, or indefinite support for every device. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes affecting your rights.
7. Acceptable use and third-party services
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, misuse support channels, or infringe another person’s rights. Any restrictions on copying, modification, or reverse engineering remain subject to rights provided by applicable law and relevant open-source licenses.
The app relies on Apple platform services and Google Analytics for Firebase. External websites and your email app operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our app and support; Apple does not provide support for our medication-tracking features.
8. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every need or that reminders, records, or estimates will always be accurate or uninterrupted. This does not exclude rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be limited, or other liability that cannot be excluded. Applicable statutory consumer guarantees and the governing app license remain in effect.
9. Ending use and resolving concerns
You can stop using the app at any time. Manage your records and notification permissions before removing it if needed. Uninstalling does not automatically delete support messages or analytics already transmitted; see the Privacy Policy.
Please contact us first if something is not working or you have a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or take away any right to bring a claim or complaint available under the laws that apply to you.
10. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the app develops. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Changes do not retrospectively authorize charges or remove rights you already have under applicable law.
